I grew up in Canada and moved to the United States after high school. I worked and went to school in the US and spent four years serving in the United States Marine Corps.  After the Marine Corps it was back to school and then to work again.

I married my lovely wife Nancy and we have three grown children, three grandchildren and one great grandchild at this point.  NANCY and I both accepted Christ at a Billy Graham Crusade in Chicago 1970. I spent 30 years in a railroad career ending up managing the computer department for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe.

Leaving the corporate world, I jumped into ministry and served on several boards including The Navigators. I also served as Executive Pastor for Rockpoint Church in Lake Elmo, MN for five years. Our lives now focus on a children’s home in Kenya called the Brydges Centre. Our purpose is to help very underprivileged children become productive Kenyan citizens with Christ as their compass for life.
